For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. Return Policy
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase in original package. Please call 330-204-5368 to obtain retrun authorization number. Refund will be issued upon reciept of item in original/unused condition. We reserve the right to issue Store Credit for some or all of refund amount. In most cases customer will be responsible for return freight. Special Order Products are not returnable.

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of order to receive full credit. Because many of our items are specialty items orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to 20% restocking fee and return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Special order items cannot be cancelled. All refunds will be issued when product is returned in original box in original condition. We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of cash for refund.
